6.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DryPub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DryPub, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our app or your violation of these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

DryPub operates the site from Washington, U.S.A. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or your use of our app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Washington State.

9. Special Admonitions for International Use

DryPub is hosted in the United States of America. If you are located outside of the United States of America and you contact us, please be advised that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States of America and that by submitting information, you explicitly authorize such transfer.

10. Copyright Infringement and Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

10.1. Copyright Infringement Policy: DryPub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our app, please notify us promptly.

10.2. Notification of Copyright Infringement: To report a claim of copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
