Always serve very cold, at around 4ºC. Intense cherry with violet reflections and fine bubbles. Very fruity aroma, intense, fresh, reminiscent of fresh fruit notes such as strawberry. Refreshing, tasty and young. On the palate the gas appears as if it were cream, recalling fruit aromas combined with a slightly sweet, but fresh taste.
