ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit is a multi award-winning non-alcoholic Rum. Based on a de-alcoholized full strength Rum, originating from the Caribbean Islands of Jamaica and Martinique, we strive to deliver the most authentic non-alcoholic Rum experience for the mindful drinker. The full strength Rum undergoes a process called “Supercritical CO2 Extraction”, a technology in which carbon dioxide, extracts the alcohol at 73 bars and 30°C. The extraction is carried out at a low temperature to preserve the natural profile of the Rum. The de-alcoholized Rum base is then enriched with vanilla from the Sava region of Madagascar, Indonesian nutmeg and baked apple that all together create the lush, complex flavor of a classic spiced Rum. Additionally we have developed a unique distillate using the shells from chili seeds to provide the satisfying heat we know from our spirits. HOW TO USE ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit is a decadent way to enjoy your favorite Rum drinks like Daiquiris, Cuba Libres and Mojitos. Like you, we couldn’t imagine a world without these classics. ISH Caribbean Spiced Spirit is not intended to be enjoyed neat, but rather to add the Rum element in your alcohol-free Rum cocktails. Or, you can use it in conjunction with other spirits, allowing you to simply reduce the alcohol content of your Rum cocktails.
