Description
Italian batch #4 has no other wish than to offer tannins, cherries, liquorice and a woody spiciness. Doesn’t taste like a wine, but will replace a medium-bodied red one. We drink Italian with pizza, pasta, and tomato based stews.
Ingredients
Juice (sour cherry, grape, rhubarb), water, dried spices & fruit (oak, raisins, pepper, wormwood), sugar beet syrup, extracts made from vodka (licorice root, black pepper, habanero), sea salt, preserved by potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.
