ARIZO[NA] is the first non-alcoholic IPA made in AZ. True to the Wilderness way, we brewed it with Arizona-grown, water-saving Sinagua Malt and Sonora White Wheat in combination with fruit-forward American hops for a bright citrus medley, balanced bitterness, and a quick, snappy finish. We fermented it with a special yeast strain that doesn’t ... produce alcohol, resulting in an IPA that showcases the flavors of Arizona (and actually tastes like an IPA!) while staying under 0.5% ABV.
