Not so sure about the sage
I liked the idea of pomelo and I really liked Lolo's Yuzu flavor, so I gave this one a try. The sage was kind of strange, maybe a different herb would have worked better.

Weird bitter aftertaste
Initial flavor is mildly citrusy followed by a strong flavor that resembles an essential oil and a bitter aftertaste. The bitter aftertaste was too overpowering for me, it's not the same bitterness as hops but more like the bitterness of an essential oil.
