Nice flavor, not too sweet

Overall this drink tastes good, has a cherry flavor that isn't too strong or sweet. Quite pleasant. I just really don't get the point of Recess, though, Don't feel particularly relaxed after having one of these, and am not sure why I wouldn't just have a sparkling water.
