Smokey, spicy, and delicious

I recently tried the Spiced Pinarita ready to drink cocktail by Parch and was impressed by its unique flavor profile. From the moment you pop the can, you can smell a smokey aroma that reminded me of a Mezcal. The drink is quite spicy, something like a spicy mezcal margarita. I loved it! It was such a nice change from most NA cocktails which I ... find too sweet.

I tried a few things to mellow out the spiciness while preserving the complex flavor profile. My favorite was mixing about 1/3 Wilderton Lustre and a few dashes of All The Bitter aromatic bitters. I think that combo was the winner if you find Spiced Pinarita too spicy.

The Parch Spiced Pinarita stands out in the NA cocktail market with its perfect blend of smokey and spicy notes, making it one of my favorites!
