Description
The Western Ghats is inspired by Kokum Sherbet. The Kokum berry is indigenous to the rainforests of the Western Ghats of India and is renowned for its digestive properties. The humble traditional drink is elevated with tea and warming spices to create a drink that is similar to a dry red wine.
